  My Toro 6.5 HP Recycler mower has starting problems?
  

  My Toro 6.5 HP Recycler mower starts and runs for 2or 3 seconds but then stalls. Wanted to check the carbuerator but couldn't see how to get the cover off.

  Any help is appreciated
